As a former member of the CFA Board I'm acutely aware how difficult fund-raising is for this insideous disease. So, any support is welcome. In fact, raising money is hard at the best of times for any charity..especially so in these difficult times. CF still doesn't have a cure, and although life expectancy is getting better, it's still a case of not being able to breathe for sufferers..it's important that we try to improve these peoples lives.

I have been involved with Cystic Fibrosis for the last 3 years, I feel there is not a great deal of knowledge out there about CF so in being involved I'm trying to spread the awareness about CF. The way in which every person I have ever met dealing with CF attacks life, is something that is truly inspirational. We can all take a leaf out of their book and make the most of every day.
