Meet Kate Daly
6 years old. Dreams big dreams. Lives with Cystic Fibrosis.
Kate is determined that her Cystic Fibrosis will not stop her dreaming big dreams and striving to achieve them. She dreams of being a swimming champion and she might just get there. It’s going to take a lot of hard work. Lucky she’s getting some coaching from one of our Olympic greats.
